Common questions
Quick answers to the topics we hear about most.
01I cannot access my wallet+
SafeVano is fully non-custodial. Your recovery phrase exists only on your device. If you have your phrase, reinstall the app and restore your wallet. If you have lost your phrase, SafeVano cannot recover your wallet or funds — there is no reset mechanism.
02I forgot my PIN or password+
Your PIN protects local access to the app. If you forget it, you may need to restore your wallet using your recovery phrase. SafeVano cannot reset PINs or passwords on your behalf.
03My transaction failed or is pending+
Transactions settle on the Robinhood Blockchain and may fail due to network congestion, insufficient balance for gas fees, or incorrect addresses. Check your transaction history, confirm you have enough native assets for fees, and include your transaction hash when contacting support.
04I sent assets to the wrong address+
On-chain transactions are irreversible. SafeVano cannot reverse or recall confirmed transfers. Always verify the recipient address and network before confirming any transaction.
05The app is crashing or not loading+
Update SafeVano to the latest version, restart your device, and ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue continues, email support@safevanowallet.com with your device model, OS version, and app version.
06I have a security concern or suspect phishing+
Never share your recovery phrase or private keys with anyone — including people claiming to be SafeVano support. Report suspected phishing or vulnerabilities to support@safevanowallet.com. See our Security page for guidance.
