Welcome to SafeVano Wallet, a non-custodial wallet application built for the Robinhood Blockchain.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SafeVano Wallet mobile application (including versions distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play), our website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to download or use SafeVano Wallet.
By installing, accessing, or using SafeVano Wallet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable app store terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services and uninstall the application.
1. Our Mission
SafeVano Wallet was built with one purpose: to give users complete ownership of their digital assets.
Unlike custodial platforms, SafeVano never holds customer funds or controls customer wallets.
We build the tools.
You remain in control.
2. What SafeVano Is
SafeVano Wallet is software that enables users to create wallets, manage supported digital assets, interact with the Robinhood Blockchain, and connect with decentralized applications.
SafeVano is not:
- A cryptocurrency exchange
- A bank
- A financial institution
- A broker
- A custodian of digital assets
We do not take possession of your cryptocurrency at any point.
3. Ownership of Your Wallet
Your wallet belongs entirely to you.
SafeVano does not generate copies of your recovery phrase or private keys.
We cannot:
- Unlock your wallet
- Reset your wallet
- Recover your recovery phrase
- Reverse blockchain transactions
- Freeze digital assets
- Transfer your funds
If your recovery phrase is lost, there is no mechanism for SafeVano to restore access.
4. Your Responsibilities
By using SafeVano Wallet, you accept responsibility for:
- Safely storing your recovery phrase
- Keeping your device secure
- Protecting your passwords and PINs
- Confirming wallet addresses before every transaction
- Understanding blockchain transaction fees
- Verifying every transaction before approval
Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed by the network.
5. Blockchain Networks
SafeVano provides access to decentralized blockchain networks.
These networks operate independently of SafeVano.
We cannot influence:
- Transaction confirmation times
- Gas fees
- Network congestion
- Blockchain outages
- Forks
- Validator activity
Any delays or failures caused by the blockchain itself are outside our control.
6. Digital Assets
SafeVano Wallet does not recommend, promote, or guarantee any cryptocurrency, token, or blockchain project.
Every investment decision remains entirely your own.
Nothing within SafeVano Wallet should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
7. Third-Party Integrations
SafeVano Wallet may allow you to interact with decentralized applications, smart contracts, blockchain explorers, or other third-party services.
These services operate independently.
SafeVano does not control their content, security, availability, or business practices.
Your use of any third-party service is at your own discretion.
8. Security
We continuously work to provide a secure wallet experience.
However, blockchain technology carries inherent risks.
SafeVano cannot guarantee protection against:
- Malware
- Phishing attacks
- Device compromise
- Smart contract exploits
- Network attacks
- User mistakes
- Unauthorized access caused by stolen credentials
Keeping your wallet secure is a shared responsibility, with you maintaining full control over your credentials.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SafeVano Wallet to:
- Commit fraud
- Launder money

- Distribute malicious software
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Violate applicable laws or regulations

We strive to provide reliable and continuously improving Services.
From time to time, updates, maintenance, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
We reserve the right to improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary.
12. No Warranty
SafeVano Wallet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
While we work hard to provide a reliable product, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation.
Use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeVano, its developers, contributors, affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any loss arising from:

14. Updates to These Terms
As SafeVano Wallet evolves, these Terms may also change.
Updated versions will be published with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Contact Us
Questions regarding these Terms may be directed to:
Email: support@safevanowallet.com
We aim to respond to legitimate inquiries as promptly as reasonably possible.
16. App Store & Google Play
If you download SafeVano Wallet through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the app is also subject to the applicable store's terms of service and policies. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the store's mandatory terms, the store terms may govern to the extent required for that distribution channel.
Availability on the Apple App Store and Google Play may vary by region and device. Check your local store listing for the latest version and system requirements.
SafeVano Wallet does not currently offer in-app subscriptions or in-app purchases for wallet access. Any network or third-party fees associated with blockchain transactions are separate from SafeVano and are disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
17. Permissions & Device Access
The mobile application may request device permissions strictly necessary for core functionality — such as secure local storage, biometric authentication, or camera access for QR code scanning where supported. You may manage permissions through your device settings. Denying required permissions may limit certain features.
Final Acknowledgement
By using SafeVano Wallet, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of a non-custodial wallet and accept full responsibility for the security of your wallet, recovery phrase, private keys, and digital assets.
SafeVano empowers you with complete ownership—because your wallet should always remain yours.
